From the living room, doors slide open to a covered outdoor area with comfy seating next to the lawn and pool. To one side is another larger covered outdoor terrace with a beautiful round mosaic dining table and BBQ. The various terraces are south facing towards the pool and have sea views. The villa has a wonderful 12x5.5 metre mirror pool with electric security cover and gentle step access. Around is the pool terrace with comfy loungers and manicured flat lawn dominated by two magnificent mature palm trees. The lawn is bordered by a white balustrade overlooking a tremendous view.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is accessed via a small lane with two sets of electric gates, and is fully security alarmed.

10 minute walk to the beach and 1 kilometre to the centre of the city of Cannes with its busy luxury shops, restaurants, casinos, farm markets and of course Palais du Festivals. St. Margaret island where the famous Iron Mask was imprisoned is only 15 min away by boat. Plenty of wine farms and castles where you can taste the most wonderful wines. Cities of Nice and Monaco are 40 and 60 minutes away by car. Horse riding in the nearby mountains, caves, children theme parks on the cost and adventure parks in the mountains. Plenty of bike routs, golf courses and aquarium.
