La Marine de Talaris enjoys a quiet location near the lake of Talaris (approx. 900 m away); the beach (Plage de Moutchic) is approx. 4 km away. The vast beaches of the Atlantic are about 9 km away. The residence features a reception, 3 outdoor swimming pools, each with a paddling pool (open from late April to late September, depending on the weather and the amount of guests), sun terraces with loungers, a tennis court and a volleyball court. Parking space for one car near the house. Those who love peace, nature, sun, beach, sea and the good French life have come to the right place here. La Marine de Talaris enjoys a favourable and quiet location between the village of Lacanau and the coastal resort of Lacanau-Océan. The first shops are about 2 km away. There's a nice marina nearby, on the the lake of Talaris. On the lake you can engage in different water sports like sailing, surfing, paddle boating and water skiing. You'll find the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic at about 9 km. These beaches are an El Dorado for surfers (and sunbathers). There are many nice and safe cyling routes, starting from the holiday park, through the woods and even all the way to the beach of Lacanau-Océan (at about 11 km). The boulevard is always a lively place; also very nice in the evenings in the many restaurants, bars and outdoor cafes. In Lacanau-Océan you'll find nice shops and supermarkets. In the other direction, towards the village of Lacanau, you'll also find several shops and and a large supermarket. The surroundings have even more to offer, for example the most exclusive vineyards of France in the Médoc (from about 25 km), the high 'Dune du Pyla' (approx. 70 km), the beautiful bay of Arcachon (approx. 35 km) and the pleasant city of Bordeaux (approx. 60 km).

La Marine de Talaris offers detached or wooden houses, quietly located in a shaded pine forest. The houses are nicely and efficiently furnished and always feature a complete kitchenette and a terrace with seating area. You can choose from the following types: A holiday home with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, for six people (FR-33680-31) A holiday home with two bedrooms, a mezzanine and a sofa bed, for eight people (FR-33680-32)

Specifics
• Free WiFi at the reception.
• The swimming pool is not heated and is open from late April to late September, depending on the weather.
• The bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.
