Ideal for sporting or relaxed holidays, the BALCONS DU PHENY welcomes you with family or friends. You can enjoy moments of conviviality, winters around the fireplace in the large living room, and in summer on a large terrace offering breathtaking views of both the city of GERARDMER and the surrounding nature. However, everyone will preserve their privacy since each of the five bedrooms has its own bathroom and WC. Which is a real plus when there are many of us! Equipped with all modern comfort, (underfloor heating by heat pump, photovoltaic panels,) you will relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, both modern and warm, or we do everything to make you feel like in a house of family. Living on site, but completely independent, we will be there to welcome you and help you if necessary during your stay.
For your comfort, the beds will be made on your arrival, (All the bed sets are from Vosgien textile know-how) as well as the bathroom linen available to you in the bathrooms. You don't need to take care of certain things, since you will find on site: shampoos, shower gels, handkerchiefs, hair dryers. The kitchen is also well equipped with appliances, (oven, dishwasher, microwave, citrus press, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) but also raclette, fondue, pancake stove and everything you need to cook for 12 people. You can also use oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, common spices). We will also ensure that there is everything necessary for you to drink tea, coffee or even fruit juice on arrival.
LES BALCONS DU PHENY are located at 860 m above sea level and 2 km above the lake. At the bottom of a dead end, you will be in absolute calm, no car will disturb your peace of mind You can go on foot or by bike for magnificent hikes, which will make you discover our beautiful Vosges. In winter it will take you barely 10 minutes to reach the ski slopes.
