Island Vibe 3 is a newly renovated two bedroom, two bath home with a heated pool, tropical landscaping and a private back yard. It has one shared wall with the unit next door. Located at 308B 60th Street in Holmes Beach, this lovely property is convenient to the beach and in a very quiet Holmes Beach residential neighborhood. It is also a short walk to the many shops and restaurants in downtown Holmes Beach, as well as the Island’s only dog park.
It features a washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable television and free domestic long distance calling. There is a large upper deck overlooking the pool.
There is a 55" television in the living room with a DVD player as well as a 43" television in the each bedroom. There is also a 43" television on the outdoor patio.
There is a ping pong table and a gas grill. A beach cart, beach toys and lots of beach equipment have been provided as well.
This beautiful property will sleep 6 with one queen size bed, two twin beds that can also be made up as a king bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is parking for two cars in the driveway.
The minimum rental period is one week.
