This bright and modern three bedroom holiday home is situated in a quiet location, roughly 5km from the village of Mougins. It is well-equipped for a relaxing holiday with a private, outside swimming pool, fitness equipment and a sauna in the basement and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. Several terraces surround the house, which provide plenty of space of outdoor living. The village of Mougins is nestled on a hilltop, just 10km from Cannes and 8km from Grasse. It is home to a variety of restaurants and art galleries and delights its visitors with its wonderful views of the sea and surrounding countryside. There are three golf courses in the surrounding area, including the prestigious Royal Mougins Golf Club. Some of the towns in the neighbourhood worth visiting include Grasse, the capital of perfumery (10 km), Antibes (17 km), Nice (30 km) and Monaco (60 km). Please note, a spiral staircase leads to the basement. The toilet on the first floor has no door, but is shielded from view.
