Description

Combine relaxation and cultural exploration in this exotic family villa based just a short way away from Marrakech.

This beautiful villa is of a contemporary Moroccan style boasting a rustic exterior which has been finished in a deep sandy brown, reminiscent of those famed Saharan sands, perfectly matching the African summer heat. Continuing the exploration of this villa's exterior, guests will come across one of the homes more stunning features as they are met by the allure of the crystal clear, cool waters of the swimming pool. This pool is nestled amongst the natural greenery of the garden, surrounded by wild trees, shrubbery and soft grass, which provides a welcome texture beneath ones feet after treading water in the pool. Also found poolside are two very cosy sun loungers which make a great place to dry off or read a book while soaking up the afternoon sun. Still outside but a few steps from the pool is a beautiful covered terrace area which provides more comfortable seating as well as the option for al fresco dining with a large dining area, with seating for up to eight friends.

Inside the property, laid out across several floors, there are three bedrooms. All the bedrooms continue with the contemporary theme enhancing the atmosphere of calm and tranquillity through the thoughtful use of neutral tones and soft furnishings.

Outside of the bedrooms, the home also has a sizeable lounge with cosy sofas, a warm fireplace and a TV. #### Location
Immerse yourself in the bursting lively culture of Marrakech and discover your perfect Moroccan adventure.
Marrakech, also fondly referred to as the “Red City” is based in Western Morocco, nestled against neighbouring countries of Algeria and Western Sahara. Set against the Saharan skies of Africa, this beautiful, former imperial city is just bursting at the seams with the rich culture.
Founded only 1000 years ago, Marrakech has evolved into a thriving modern market city with perfectly preserved evidence of its rich medieval heritage around every corner. In this town, there indeed is something for everyone offering memorable experiences for every visitor from the hustle and bustle of the many Souks and bubbling, the infectious din of the globally famed local eateries as well as picturesque golf courses, desert getaways and of course the many museums, palaces and religious monuments.
A day in Marrakech could see you enveloped in stylish fashion and lured by colourful homewares in the Souk Cherifa or surrounded by intense hues and textures at the Souk Sebbaghine. After this, you may find yourself in one of Marrakech's many palaces or gardens, or even at the local Hammam eventually finishing your day with a tagine after watching the blur of people flock to the local Mosque after the bell rings out for the evening prayer.
