Step back in time with a stay in one of the first cottages built on the beach. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on your private deck watching the waves. Thomas Donuts across the street offers a variety of breakfast pastries and sandwiches, or take advantage of the equipped kitchen and cook your own.

When it's time to head to the beach, you're only a house and a street away from the sand. This section of public beach has no high-rises nearby so you can find your own space to enjoy the soft sand.

For a mid-day break from the sun, the large covered patio is a great place for a lunch without sand in your SANDwiches.

When you're done with the sand, we have an outdoor shower to rinse off and plenty of places to hang up your wet items to dry for the next day. There is also a washer & dryer to ensure you have clean suits and towels. We provide your first washer tabs, so be sure to bring what you need.

The sunset from the upper deck is a beautiful way to wrap up the day. There is also a table and chairs if you'd like to enjoy your dinner al fresco.

The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a new, comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The second bathroom, also with a standup shower, is off the main living space.

We welcome your four-legged doggy family as well. The front porch is fenced / gated, but not the grassy area. We do ask that for the sake of guests after you, no dogs on the couch or beds please. An additional $150 pet fee will be charged after booking.

Notes:

- There is an exterior video surveillance system in use as well as Amazon Alexa for our security system and your use for music and information.

- The security deposit is held as an authorization on your credit card starting the day of check-in and release after our cleaners confirm no damage. If your stay exceeds 6 days, we will have to reauthorize it, but nothing will be charged unless there are damages.
