There is a private swimming pool heated in a season where you can enjoy refreshing dips and relish barbecue meals in the garden. Notably, this is a stone house, renovated in a 'loft' spirit, located at the entrance to the village of Flaux, just 7 km from Uzes in the Gard. This region is rich in historical sites and varied activities like walking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, Avignon Tour, golf, horseback riding, kayaking, theatre festivals etc. At 2 km, you will find a well-stocked grocery store with fresh vegetables, wines, cheeses, various regional products and bread. The property is also close to several typical villages like Goudargues (small Venice of the Gard), Gardon and Ardèche (descent by kayak), and Nîmes. The home features a spacious open living room with equipped kitchen and a pleasant courtyard at the front of the house. There is a lawn with deckchairs and a parking space.
