Welcome to Fairway to Heaven, an outdoor enthusiast's paradise right on the Beech Mountain Golf Course (14th Fairway). This multi-level chalet is all about outdoor entertainment and boasts a prime location with easy access to slopes for winter skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snow-tubing, and mini-golf, hiking, shopping, and more in the summer!

This three-story retreat has the main living space on the second floor with beautiful tongue and groove ceilings, comfortable furnishings, cool breezes off the course, attractive decor, and plenty of space for the family to spread out. The living room offers the perfect place to cozy up during chilly days and the wood-burning fireplace will be everyone's best friend. Turn on the flatscreen Smart TV and stream your favorite shows for a relaxing evening at home. When mealtime comes around, the ample kitchen with new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances will have your back! Featuring a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a four-person breakfast bar, cooking will be a breeze. The kitchen also features a gorgeous dining table with a corner sofa for extra space. If the weather permits, you can take your meals outside to the outdoor dining area in the deck, which also comes equipped with a gas grill for family BBQs. This level also features two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom's bathroom is out of this world with a separate tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Upstairs, you'll have a cozy-as-can-be loft area, which is the perfect place to lounge with a book and watch the golfers, feel the cool summer air and catch a few views from your private balcony. This area features its own wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar, two bunk beds with a trundle bed, a half bath, and a nice living area with plenty of books, board games, comfortable furniture, and a flatscreen TV.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
