This beautiful villa has a plot of 1000 m² with large pool, garden and terrace overlooking the surrounding forests of cedar and eucalyptus.

Very pleasant to live, it is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.

Housing
The main entrance leads to the dining room, the living room and the fully equipped kitchen.

The living room: 2 large relaxation areas, a library stocked with various documentations and many novels, a fireplace for cool evenings in winter and a TV with several hundred international programs.

The rooms :
Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are leaned against the main room. They all have their predominant color: red Marrakech, olive green and lemon yellow. Two rooms have independent outdoor access.
Supply of single or double duvets.

A fourth independent room adjoins the villa. It can serve as a relaxation area with the possibility of reading, watch a video (several at your disposal) or fourth room because it is equipped with 2 beds 90x190. Through a French window, it overlooks a pleasant patio, isolated from the rest of the house, protected from the wind, adorned with succulents and bougainvillea. It also has its own terrace. This fourth room with 2 beds, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Nevertheless, as there are only 3 bathrooms, we limit the rental up to 6 people maximum. However, we can in some cases accept up to 2 extra people.

The bathrooms:
They are all tadelakt and are equipped with a sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower. Towels and gloves are provided.

The kitchen :
The kitchen is made of blue Majorel tadelakt and black. A large work table is black marble. A central island, also in black marble and tadelakt complete the set. It can be easily eaten on stools. Complete crockery provided. It is equipped with all Western comfort: refrigerator, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor fan and storage.
A closed veranda has been added to the pool side. Very practical when the early morning or the evenings are fresh: cozy and bright.

The general decoration, the overall furniture, the upholstery were totally designed by local craftsmen. The house is embellished by various works of art and achievements of our friends artists of the region which gives it its originality.

The swimming pool :
It is a few meters from the veranda.
Several loungers are available for sunbathing + umbrellas.

A pergola in the shade is in the extension of the pool with benches, cushions, tables, trunk and big barbecue.

On the roof: a fully tiled terrace, the equivalent of the surface of the house, overlooking the village and the forest. This place is magical to watch the sunrise and sunset in the region, for special aperitifs, or, healthier, in total tranquility, practice yoga.

Additional equipment:
3 mountain bikes are available for vacationers to go for walks in the countryside or go to the Medina.
A free WIFI connection is present throughout the villa. Possibility of moving it (current socket) to capture the signal at the level of the outdoor pergola.

DVD player with multiple DVDs.

If you wish, the wife of Omar the caretaker will be happy to cook you the dishes of the country such as tajines, couscous, brioches with goat cheese ...

Access of travelers
You will have access to the entire property without any restraint.

Exchanges with travelers
Omar, the caretaker, who takes care of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, lives at 200 m. It is available at any time.

The neighborhood
The villa is located on the heights of Essaouira.

Other remarks
I will show you all the good tips available on the region.
Possibility of cycling or walking through the forests (accompanied of course by Omar who knows the region by heart). A beautiful bike ride allows you to reach the medina by the beach at low tide from the villa. Sublime!

There is no definite schedule for entry. It depends on whether the house has been occupied or not. The departure taking place around 11:00, it is necessary to leave at least 5:00 to do the cleaning. Therefore, if the house was vacant, entry can be made in the morning.
