Introducing our newest addition to our portfolio that is available peak dates 2019. This lovely home awaits to delight you and your family. Bring the whole gang included your small dog as this home allows non-shed breds under 25 lbs. You will not want to leave this home with it's bubbling hot tub, private backyard and fire pit to be sure you fully enjoy the outdoor living in warm southwest Florida.



Villa Spa Bubbles will welcome you and your family with it's fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, comfortable seating in the living area, inside laundry, bathroom that leads to the enclosed lanai area plus super amenities such as a large hot tub and a pool table game room.



The master boasts a king-size bed, lanai access, flat screen TV and a spacious ensuite bath. In the bath you will find a large, tile walk-in shower, plenty of counter area and soaking tub. Quaint sitting area that overlooks the view of the yard and lanai area. You'll be sure to enjoy your favorite book when you are looking for a little quiet respite.



The other guest rooms in split design from the master really allow your group to relax and spread out creating quiet private places to unwind. In two of the guest rooms you will find comfortable queen-size beds and convenient access to the full-size guest bath. The kids will enjoy their own bunk-bed room. The perfect solution for two families traveling together...or for those times the grandkids come to visit you in your Florida home-away-from-home.



The home will offer plenty of linens and towels, modern appliances, free WiFi for all your streaming needs. Flat Screen TVs for your viewing of favorite programs, large dining area for your group to enjoy family meals, quick snack area at the breakfast bar and a gas grill for your favorite BBQ needs. Your fur baby I am sure will love lounging in the lanai area, maybe catching a glimpse of a resident lizard or two.



Pets are prohibited on the property unless authorized by the Property Manager. If unauthorized pets are found on the premises the guest will be charged a non-refundable Pet fee of $150 per pet and is subject to possible eviction. Pets must be under the owner's control at all times. Cleaning and disposing of pet excrement is the guest's responsibility. The Pet Fee is per pet and must be paid in order for the animal to stay in the home. This home is equipped with a Stand-alone Hot Tub and is subject to a $95 Hot Tub fee (please refer to the terms and conditions for more information).



Prepaid electricity is a separate fee and is included in your total reservation cost. You will see this as a separate line item on your reservation detail cost. Gross overages beyond $15 per day can be subject to additional utility fees to be charged to the guest. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee..
