FR-46460-03 is suitable for 4 persons, and can be just ground floor or equipped with a loft. Types FR-46160-04 and FR-46160-05, are suitable for 6 and 8 persons respectively, all have an upper floor. All maisonettes have a terrace with garden furniture and an unenclosed garden.
