With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this modern home will sleep up to nine guests total. The master suite features a queen-size bed and a lovely en suite bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms also have a queen-size bed each, plus there's another full bath in the hall. In the open loft space and in the main living area, you'll also have two sofabeds. This home has several amenities that are great for kids as well, including fun games, books, a baby bouncer, and a high chair. Central A/C will keep everyone cool in the summer months, and there's a convenient private washer/dryer.

Located in Eagle Crest, where you'll have a shared resort pool, on-site golf, and tennis courts, amenities and restaurants are nearby in downtown Redmond, about seven miles away. Plus, in Central Oregon, outdoor recreation of all types abounds year-round. From water sports on the Deschutes River to skiing up at Mt. Bachelor, there's plenty to do near Redmond. Hop on your bikes or take a stroll over to the community amenities to explore. You'll find a playground, on-site golf, a shared swimming pool, and more at the great community center. Enjoy a relaxing round of golf at the course, a revitalizing swim, a soak in the shared hot tubs, and then end your day with some delicious BBQ on the grill back at the house. For amenities, shopping, and restaurants, head into downtown Redmond seven miles away or downtown Bend about 18 miles south. This area offers an abundance of outdoor recreation, from hiking and biking to kayaking and skiing. Spend a day exploring Smith Rock State Park about 16 miles away, which features several trails with stunning views of Smith Rock and the surrounding river and landscape. For skiing and winter sports, head up to Mt. Bachelor about 40 miles away.

*Due to local restrictions and high demand, the outdoor pool at the Resort Sports Center will begin requiring reservations effective Monday, June 22nd. Reservations will be accepted one day in advance with reservations taken daily from 2 pm to 5 pm for the following day. The pool area will be cleaned and sanitized between reservation blocks.

Parking notes: There is room for two cars in the driveway. Extra parking is available at the Pro-Shop. Overflow is at the Ridge Sports Center and all parts of the vehicle must be on the pavement. Please do NOT park on grass or landscaping area. Parking on grass or landscaping may be subject to a fine and guests will be held accountable to paying that fine.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
