The cozy villa comes complete with special services, like included breakfast and daily cleaning, making it the perfect getaway location for family getaways.

It can easily accommodate 12 adults and 4 children comfortably in its six air conditioned bedrooms and eight bathrooms. In fact, it encompasses 10,000 m of total area plus a two-car garage.

And, the bedrooms offer two king single beds and five double queen beds for your sleeping comfort.

This amazing property’s amenities include the basics, like sheets and pillows, towels, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the villa also has Wifi included. You also get extra blankets and pillows as well as TV and cable.

This property is well-suited to children two and over and also includes Smarttv, a sound system, safe, pool, and barbecue grill.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area.

Getting Around:
You can access the Quadrado and the beach on foot. Cars are the best option to visit other beaches nearby.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
The house is operated with staff (shift 8 hours with 1 hour for lunch). A 10% service fee extra charge must be considered, which will allow us to offer the appropriate quality, service and experience during your stay with us. The following services will be included: cleaning services, food and beverages purchase and delivery to the house prior to your entrance, according to your preferences (supplies not included), preparing and serving breakfast, garden and pool maintenance and there will be a night watchman.

Extra children under 12 years old will not be counted as long as it does not exceed 30% of the number of guests. And extra people over 12 years old will have extra fees to be agreed).

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
