Blue Opal can be booked as a 2, 3 ,4 OR 5 bedroom villa.
If you would like to book all 5 bedrooms, please enter 10 guests. If the entire villa is not booked, the unbooked rooms will be locked.
As you open the front door, you are greeted with a marvelous view of the ocean in this newly renovated villa. The distinctive aqua colored kitchen is well laid out and a favorite with private chefs and foodies alike. The living and dining area is decorated with a Caribbean contemporary flair and opens onto the poolside terrace. Relax by the pool with a cocktail or take in the incredible sunsets under a shaded terrace.
There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms in total: three bedrooms on the main level, the master bedroom upstairs – with the best view in the house- and the 5th bedroom is a few steps away from the main house in a separate studio apartment.
The gated villa is only three miles from Princess Juliana International Airport and situated in the exclusive area of Pelican Key in Sint Maarten. The property is less than a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach or relax in the private pool with spectacular views of the ocean. We also can provide exercise bands and yoga mats so you can get your workout in!
Pelican Key one of the most beautifully developed residential and resort areas on the island, with the advantage of close proximity to Simpson Bay, with its large choice of restaurants, shops, boutiques, casinos and entertainment and beautiful beaches.
**Free access to local concierge for any issues, questions or help to plan how to discover the wonderful island of SInt. Maarten/ St. Maarten.
A private chef can be arranged at additional charge to cook in our fully stocked kitchen.
The villa is within walking distance of Chabad, casino etc (some hills).
Exercise bands and yoga mat are provided so you can get your workout in!
And the hills of Pelican Key are great for a good work-out walk.
Tennis instructor for additional fee. Courts available around island.
**Christmas and New Year's Weeks require 10 night minimum stay with 60 day cancellation policy. This will provide guest with full use of property and additional cleanings.
