VILLA LENTIS
LOCATION: located in the town of Colomars, 5 minutes from Nice - Saint-Pancrace, you are on a property of more than one hectare, surrounded by nature, quiet and without vis-à-vis. Some glimpses sea since the property. The house is ideal for a family holiday and is suitable for professional groups.
PARK: The park is a privileged area where pine, palm, yucca, etc. grow. If you like Mediterranean or exotic plants, you will be delighted.
VILLA: It is Provencal style and a surface greater than 300 m2.
The living / dining room is over 60 m2 with large 75 '' TV, air conditioning, fireplace, office. Books and games are available, as well as a play station 4 game console.
It consists of 4 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 20 m2 / Bedroom 2: 18m2 / Bedroom 3: 13m2 / Bedroom 4: 13m2) + 1 children's dormitory (= bedroom 5: 14m2), these 5 bedrooms can accommodate 13 people. Air conditioning and TV in the 4 main bedrooms.
For large groups, part of the living room can be isolated, extra beds can be added, to accommodate 4 additional people, 17 in all.
3 bathrooms / WC and an additional toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, espresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator. Note the presence of a traditional pizza oven. An additional freezer in the basement. Covered in quantity. A good part of the utensils necessary for the preparation of the meals are present.
A laundry room in the basement with washing machine + dryer, ironing equipment.
SWIMMING POOL: large swimming pool of about fifteen meters allowing "to make lengths". A shower next to the pool.
There are 2 alarms on the basin. Access from the house is protected by fences.
In spring and autumn, the pool is heated by a heat pump. The bubble cover keeps the heat at night.
ACTIVITIES: Additional services include: ping-pong table, large trampoline, some children's bikes. Outdoor terrace of 60 m2 with large BBQ and 2 tables of at least 8 people each. Fast Internet by fiber. Wifi throughout the house. 2 workspaces are planned.
