On the edge of a small village close to Pézenas, in a very quiet residential area, between vineyards, garrigues and pine forests, very beautiful and spacious Bastide, built in the style of the traditional southern Bastides. This village is located in the Hérault valley, between Pézénas and Clermont-l'Hérault. Facing south, widely open on the first floor with a lawn and the swimming pool, it has one floor, and a nice view on the vineyards and the surrounding countryside. Its furniture and equipment are of high quality. The garden of 1800 m² with trees and flowers is entirely fenced (pleasant and safe for children). The first floor is composed of a large living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. The first floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms, one with a baby bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and toilets. Beautiful covered terrace, with barbecue, and large terraces around the private swimming pool (10m x 4m x 2,50 at the deepest) with alarm. Outdoor shower. Numerous wine cellars throughout the region, many restaurants in Pézénas, Sète, Marseillan, Mèze, Bouzigues, etc. etc., on the seaside or on the Etang de Thau. Nearest beach, Marseillan Plage. Numerous sites to visit and beautiful walks to make in the surroundings (Salagou lake, cirque of Mourèze, Saint Guilhem le Désert and gorges of the Hérault...). Highway access to Paulhan (3 km). Airport and TGV station in Montpellier. Attention: In view of the calm that reigns in this residential area, in order to respect the tranquility of the neighbors, and to avoid any damage to this luxury house and its garden, any form of celebration is strictly forbidden, both inside and outside, including during the day (no sound system etc). For this reason, and because this house is particularly adapted to family vacations, no rental will be granted to groups of young people or adults. • For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
