An idyll in the Småland forest, right on the border to Blekinge, about 4 km outside Ryd in Tingsryd municipality. Here you will find this completely renovated cottage. Everything is tastefully and simply decorated in a cozy and beautiful style. On the ground floor there is a large living room with associated dining area. From the dining table you have a nice view of the terrace and the forest. Here you can settle down in the Chesterfield furniture with a good book and enjoy the silence. The kitchen is located right next door and is as nice as a kitchen you have at home. Furthermore, there is a smaller room with TV and sofa bed and the house's bathroom which has underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. Perfect as you want to stay in the cottage for a long time! Upstairs are two large bedrooms with double beds. There is room for an extra bed if there are more than four people traveling. Good to know is that the stairs to the upper floor are quite narrow and steep. Around the cottage there is lots of forest where you can wander around and pick berries and mushrooms. It is also not far to the lake where you get access to a boat. Across the lake there is a nice, child-friendly swimming area with both sandy beach and jetty. The cottage is perfectly located for you who want the tranquility of nature, but also have the proximity to activities. Just a few kilometers away is Ryd where you can buy food, etc. and in the other direction is Fridafors. If you want to go to the sea and visit some real summer gems, it is close to both Karlshamn and Ronneby. In Ronneby you can, for example, visit Ronneby well which has a fantastic park but also a water park. In Karlshamn there are nice museums, fast-paced activities, interesting sights, beautiful archipelago and fantastic nature. It is also not that far to Åsnen National Park. Here you can get the feeling of wilderness, experiences of old beech forest, a lake archipelago with hundreds of large islands to small islands and experience a rich flora and fauna. Warmly welcome!
