There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, whether you wish to spend a day at the beach on the Atlantic coast (approximately 10 km away) or whether you wish to spend time rambling in the picturesque hills. Alternatively, head to the river, which is approximately 1500m away, and enjoy a spot of canoeing or kayaking. The Spanish border it just 20 km away, where you can find plenty of shopping opportunties, including plenty of bargains! The stylish seaside resort of Biarritz is 25km north-west, where you will find international boutiques and a casino. The entire coastal area is bursting with a fantastic choice of outdoor markets, seafood restaurants and regional eateries. Be sure to sample some of the delicious fresh Basque cheeses. After a day spent exploring, the private swimming pool is wonderfully refreshing. Following this, enjoy a barbecue on one of the terraces, or curl up inside the thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped holiday home. Please note, the house is next to a busy street.
