Phillips Villas is conveniently located close to Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for fun in the sun, the Chatham Square Recreation Center is a short golf cart ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards rooms, and much more.

You'll feel right at home the minute you walk into this beautiful home. You will find this home to have an open airy feeling that is warm and inviting also. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and open so you can still entertain without being away from your guests. The dining area seats up to 6 comfortably. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 40” flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40” TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed & 32” flat screen TV for your guests. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den with a futon that folds out into a full size bed, perfect if the grand kids stop by for a couple of nights! The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai offers comfortable seating that makes this a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper. It’s also perfect for having a few new friends over for pre-dinner drinks before heading off to one of the town square to dance the night away or just sit back & enjoy the FREE Live entertainment nightly.

This home comes complete and includes a 4 seater electric golf cart that will go up to 30 miles before charging & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
