Description
The summer house is located at Trehörning lake, Spersboda, about 50 km north east of Stockholm (25km outside of Åkersberga and 30 km to Norrtälje) with about 50 minutes driving to Stckholm. It has a private dock, swimming area and rowing boat. A fantastic house built in 2016 on the seashore with panoramic view. It consists of a living room with over 4m high ceiling and panoramic lake views, 2 bedrooms, a big LOFT with soffa bed for two persons, a bath room with WC and warm water, a fully equiped kitchen. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other is equiped with two beds (a bunt bed). There are two nice terrraces, one of which is facing the lake and is equiped with a table and chairs.
The guests will also have access to the child friendly garden (around 2000 square meters)and a rowing boat.
The neighbourhood is excellent for walking, biking and day trips. There are several possibilities for boat trips to Stockholm Archipelago and to Finland.
