Aber Lane, on a corner lot, has a larger back and additional parking for three cars. Golf carts are the Villages' chosen mode of transport; located in the lovely Village of Hillsborough, you are golf-cart close to Brownwood Paddock Square, The Villages' newest town square, modeled on the historic Central Florida "Cracker" (cattleman) village. Town squares are centers of activity and interests, offering excellent restaurants and dining opportunities, from Italian to ice cream, burgers to BBQ! You will also discover delightful unique small shops, offering unusual gifts and that perfect souvenir of your VIR Vacation. The Barnstorm Theater has eight screens and offers the latest films in air-conditioned comfort. The Dog Trot Porch, within the central square, offers free nightly live music and dancing entertainment. Do stop by to view (and join) the line dancing! Saturday morning brings the Farmers' Market, with its delicious breads, cheeses, meats and organic perfect for your Florida BBQ! The second center for free hobbies, classes and interests, is the Recreation Center ("Rec.") You are perfectly placed for Eisenhower Rec, where you will find everything from aerobics to Zumba, tennis to that other Villages' favorite, Pickle Ball! ((Very easy and great fun!) Drop by your rec with your Temp ID and ask for the weekly free activities list. You will be amazed at what is offered! If you are interested in golf, you are a short golf-cart ride from the Executive courses of Sweetgum and Sandhill and Bonifay and Evans Prairie Country Clubs, with their Championship courses, pro shops and excellent restaurants. The spacious living room seats six comfortably and has a 60" LED Smart TV. The formal dining area seats four, with informal breakfast bar seating for a further four. The well-equipped kitchen has all you need to produce a meal, but please remember that the Villages' favorite hobby is "Eating Out," with 100 restaurants on your doorstep! The master bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in closet, an LED TV and an en-suite, with a walk in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed and an LED TV. Bedroom three also has a queen bed and an LED TV. Bathroom two is adjacent to and shared by bedrooms two and three. The lovely screened lanai is perfect for a morning coffee or that sunset margarita. The very private back garden features an additional 6 seat alfresco dining area and BBQ gas grill. Aber Lane is one of the best locations and best outdoor living spaces we have seen in The Villages community! All of our properties come with High Speed WiFi internet included. Linens, dishes, cutlery and towels are also supplied for your convenience. Each property has either cable TV or satellite TV available for your enjoyment. With the Village Resident ID card you can use any of the 36 executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical "pitch & putts!" They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You are also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1,000 organized activities every week through the recreation centers.
