Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the Cuscowilla Golf and Lake community. Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. Conveniently located between Atlanta and Augusta. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. This is the ONLY Lodge Villa rental with a Terrace level, with 1500 sq ft of entertainment space and direct access to the lake and dock.

****Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club and as of now, access is NOT available to any of the Cuscowilla facilities for rental guests. This includes pool, golf, tennis courts, etc. The primary renter must be 30 years or older to book this property ***

All rental pricing from Memorial day weekend through Thanksgiving weekend INCLUDES the Terrace level. Other holiday weekends, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve and Masters week will require adding the terrace level. Rates for these holidays INCLUDE the terrace level. Outside of this date range, the terrace level will be an additional cost.

This property provides a unique opportunity to support large groups. We are the ONLY rental villa that can provide a terrace level. The design allows you to gather in central areas or in smaller areas within the suites. You can enjoy the terrace level with over 1500 sq ft of indoor space with multiple sitting areas, pool table, 3 large TVs, surround sound media center and large kitchen with island. This area opens to a large protected patio with ceiling fans overlooking the lake. Please note that the Terrace Level of this unit is an additional cost of $250/night plus taxes and cleaning(non-summer). For all holiday weekends and booking with more than 12 people, you must also book the Terrace level.

Although we do support larger groups, guests must understand that this area is a residential community with full time owners. No outdoor parties will be allowed. Please refer to rental agreement for details.

The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs, and 4 queen size beds, with a large deck and screen porch. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops. If you need a smaller space, this floor is available for rental alone. Please contact owner for details.

The upstairs level also has 2 bedrooms with a family room and full kitchen. This level has 3 flat screen TVs with 2 queen and 1 king size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. This level opens up with french doors to a large tiled covered patio with ceiling fans and a very nice view overlooking the lake. This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax.

You can rent a boat and dock it directly behind your unit! If you prefer to bring your own boat you can use the ramp at the nearby Marina and store your trailer for a small fee then navigate a short distance to your dock at the Villa!

Weekly rentals have a significant discount applied of around 20%. A weekly rental cannot start on a Saturday. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum and must add the terrace level. 3 night minimum during June, July, August.

Please carefully review Rental Agreement as Cuscowilla has some rules that must be followed.

For example:
This is a NON SMOKING unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars and marijuana inside or on the deck/balcony. Any evidence of smoking on this property will result in a $250 fine. Any evidence of marijuana will result the group’s immediate eviction from the property with no refund
