The upper level of Villa 35 features open planning style living, dining and kitchen areas - a great area for entertaining, playing with the kids or putting your feet up with a good book and glass of wine in hand. Open up the bifold doors and enjoy the west facing balcony deck and extended outdoor dining and barbecue facilities looking onto the sand dunes. Convenient access also on the upper level to a toilet and laundry area.
Villa 35 has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 on the lower level all with wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master has a Queen bed, ensuite access and verandah deck outlook to the picturesque sand dunes. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bunk bed. These bedrooms have access to a generous size second bathroom.
Venturing outside – take a stroll along the boardwalk nearby to the beautiful beach of Lady Bay, Normanville, laze by the swimming pool, visit some of the local wineries or experience the inviting eating places within the Fleurieu region including bakeries, takeaways, pubs and cafes.
