Description

This modern chalet is located in a small-scale complex near to the centre of Kötschach-Mauthen and next to the local ski piste. It has 8 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 16 people. All boxspring beds are equipped with wheels and can be disassembled. Kötschach has its own skiing area which is very suitable for families and a great swimming pool with spa that is open year-round. 30 km away there is a beautiful skiing area in Nassfeld. You are just a 15-minute drive from playing golf. By car you can be in Venice within an hour. Kötschach also has three supermarkets, amongst others a Lidl and Spar. There's also a variety of affordable places to eat at 300 m. The apartment has a private garden, terrace, garden furniture, parking, trampoline, play equipment, Mezzanine, large kitchen with microwave, dishwater, satellite TV, barbecue, ski boot heaters amongst other amenities.
