Description

Enjoy the tranquility at a lonely height! This modern house, furnished with authentic Austrian character, is located just above the village center of Innerkrems, almost directly on the ski slope. Large families and groups in particular will find plenty of space, peace and quiet and optimal facilities here. Innerkrems is a family ski area and offers 40 kilometers of pistes with extensive ski touring opportunities. In summer it is a hiker's paradise, so you can, for example, start hiking directly from the house. Visit the breathtaking Nockalmstraße in the immediate vicinity or the Lieser-Malta Valley, which is close to several attractions. The equipment of the house is ideal for larger groups of people, everything is available, e.g. 2 fridges/freezers in the kitchen, extensive play facilities for children in the garden, table tennis, board games, a baby bed (please bring your own bed linen), satellite TV , bluetooth box and much more! All floors have underfloor heating. All our guests receive an email with various information prior to arrival. Don't forget snow chains in winter, the last stretch to the house is quite steep and there is almost always snow.

• Access the house you have to go through 300 of unpaved road
• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.

• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• Please note that there are COVID-19 measures in place. Different conditions may apply regarding ski passes, opening hours and the use of the ski lifts in the winter sports areas. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions in general is not a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
