In the small village Skaftet, only 20 km from Västervik, is this nice house which is completely renovated inside and out by 2020. The house has two levels with a room downstairs and upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms and kitchen and bathroom. Outside the front door there is a terrace where you sit and enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner by the grill. The house has a large garden with lawn. The house includes a boat with a motor that you can go on an excursion with or fish from. It is only 100 meters down to the pier where the boat is located in the Baltic Sea, it is free fishing. It is also possible to swim if you want to go down and take a morning dip or evening dip there, but if you want to swim where there is more of a bathing place, you go about 1 kilometer to Lake Toven. There is a sandy beach, rock bath, barbecue area, kiosk and jumping tower, you can also rent canoes here. The nature around the house offers a lot of sea, open landscapes, large forests with lots of berries and mushrooms and nice hiking trails. The beautiful archipelago town of Västervik is only 20 km away and from there there are summer archipelago boats that you can take to the islands of Rågö, Hasselö and Idö for a cozy day trip. The islands have food if you do not want to bring the picnic basket. The east coast that the area is located in is one of Sweden's most beautiful archipelago and there is a lot to see and do around. To Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby it is about 55 km and to the zoo Kolmården it is about 149 km.
