Spacious throughout, it combines period-style features with modern facilities. Chinon has a medieval château, old quarter and fine restaurants. An ideal place for visiting some of the famous vineyards and Loire châteaux, Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and near to both Montsoreau, Candes St. Martin and the ancient city of Tours. Riding, cycling, boating and golf nearby. There is a little, 20 cm deep stream on the grounds.
