The State of Vermont Agency of Commerce requires that all short term renters fill out and sign a Certificate of Compliance form that you are in compliance and understand the current health and safety requirements for traveling to, from and within the State of Vermont. After booking is made the compliance form will be sent to tenant to complete and return to landlord.

Put trash in bins on far side of barn to be collected Mondays

$200.00 monthly heating oil allowance
Anything over allowance renter pays.
Caretaker will make weekly inspections of property
