Villa Troon is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town-home located in the highly desirable area of Troon; North Scottsdale. It sits along the Troon North Golf Course, with 180 degree views of the course and mountains in the distance. You can walk to the clubhouse for golf or dining/bar. As you pull onto the private culdesac street, you can enter into a 2 car attached private garage. This town-home is a single level with no stairs! Once in the unit, you will find a large kitchen, breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining... The living room offers a fireplace, large TV, comfy seating including a queen sleeper sofa if needed. A powder room services this area.

2 master suites both offer king beds w/ TV and attached bath. A large patio stretches the back of the home overlooking the Desert and golf course. A private BBQ will help you enjoy cooking and relaxing at home as well...

The heated community pool, spa and fitness room; as well as the Troon North Golf Club and restaurant are a few minute walk max...

One Dog allowed with prior approval only from Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals. No cats. You will see the additional pet fees when booking.

***$300/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $300/mth should cover it unless it is abused.

Somebody will be on call during your stay to answer questions or to solve any unforeseen issues. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total Gross Rent for the reservation. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid minus the cleaning fee, and any pool heating fees paid. NO refunds for early departures.
