This house consists of two accommodations placed one above the other, ideal if you are travelling with a group or with family: the upper part (reachable from an outside staircase) is a loft with bubble bath and sauna, which of course also has its own kitchen and bathroom. Your holiday home stands on 3.5 hectares of land. All over the garden there are small corners with seating areas and sun loungers. You can enjoy a barbecue together on the large terrace. This holiday home is located in the middle of nature on the edge of Niderviller's village, 300 m from the canal between the Marne and the Rhine. The house is well decorated with an eye for details. You will feel at home. The owner lives in another part of the house but you will keep your intimacy (no views on their lodgement). In Niderviller (1 km) you have a bakery, a mini market and restaurants. Sarrebourg is 5 km away. Horse riding is at 200 m. Sarrebourg area is a region with many lakes, forests and waterways. Here you will find peace, space and silence for an unforgettable stay!
