It has direct access to the sea and the small port of L'Escalet, and it is less than 15 minutes from the center of the village of Saint-Tropez, 5 minutes from the beach of Pampelonne and 5 km from the village of Ramatuelle.

This beautiful Californian style villa is built on the seafront with panoramic sea view, a lovely 1500 m² landscaped garden and a freeform swimming pool to enjoy a dip day or night.

It boasts a large lounge/dining room with a large TV and a grand piano overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, and hot plates. There is a large laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second refrigerator/freezer.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the garden level, there are two double rooms and a kids' room with bunk beds, each with its own shower room. Upstairs are 2 rooms which can be set up as double or twin rooms sharing a shower room and WC. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a SONOS sound system in each bedroom, kitchen, lounge, and dining room, an alarm system, secure doors, an electric gate with intercom, and French windows.

Guests will be able to relax on the terrace with a glass of rosé or enjoy an alfresco dinner with the Mediterranean as a backdrop. The swimming pool is located on the lower level with plenty of sunloungers, a cabana to rest among the lush greenery, palm trees and cacti.
