The essentials can be availed at the local grocery store are 2 km away. The lake is 3 km away from villa for you to plan a day around the lakeside. Beziers and Narbonne can be reached in a short drive to have fun on the sandy beaches. You can relish your breakfast in the furnished garden. There is a terrace to spend your evenings. A parking is also available in the villa. 2 pets are allowed in the villa for an extra cost of 25/pet/stay. Trampoline and play equipment are in the villa for your kids to enjoy. You can check-in between 4-11 PM and check-out can be done from 8-9 AM.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
