Holiday cottage with swimming pool located close to the ocean at Tornby. The pool room has tile floor with underfloor heating, 18 m² swimming pool and a whirlpool and sauna. The house was built in 1990 and has been renovated over the years and therefore appears very well-maintained. Good, well-equipped kitchen with white goods e.g. ceramic cooker, cooker hood, microwave oven and dish washer. The living room has tile floors with underfloor heating and carpets and is heated by the wood-burning stove. There are PlayStation, DVD player, stereo set with CD player and TV with international channels. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. The house is located on a 2500 m² large natural plot approx. 600 m from the ocean. There are large terraces surrounding the house with plenty of opportunities to find shelter and shade. No letting to youth groups.
