On foot, you can go to the supermarket, pharmacy, medical office, butcher shop, bus stop to reach the city of Saint-gilles-les-bains.
The villa is air-conditioned, the decoration offers a zen and chic atmosphere.

The outside is furnished with a pergola with a table for 8 people, light fixtures and gas BBQ. Several rest points are arranged (with 2 living rooms for 2 people and a large outdoor corner sofa)

Outside a pergola has been custom made to enjoy your meals with family or friends, equipped with a gas BBQ and 3 lights. A salt water swimming pool is heated from April to October and is located between the dining area and the garden. NF security is a safety net.

The kitchen is fully equipped with its appliances (oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine) its dishes (flat plates, hollow plates, desserts) glasses (water, wine and champagne) kitchen utensils, pie dishes, baking dishes, cutting board... and more with many storage cabinets.

The kitchen is open to the living room with two fabric sofas, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The channels are served by internet with wifi. The atmosphere is zen.

At night, all rooms are air-conditioned with two bedside lamps, two bedside tables and opaque curtains.

On the ground floor,
The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, we can on request put them in a double bed.
The second bedroom has a large double bed. The common bathroom with each opening is spacious with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet.

On the first floor,
An extra bedroom for 2 children is air-conditioned with storage closet, desk, bedside table and bedside lamps.
The air-conditioned master suite, offers a large office for workers or students with a bathroom (a sink, walk-in shower and toilet) open to the bedroom and a dressing room.

A mezzanine that serves as the entrance of the house is air-conditioned with bench, pouff and welcoming cousins.
