The holiday home is situated in a
quiet, little frequented residential area of Els Poblets / Dénia.
The Distance to the sea is about 600m with both Sandy beaches as well as pebble beaches in close proximity. Pebble beaches are closest and walkable on foot in just a few minutes.
Kilometres of cycle paths invite you to go cycling! Golf courses La Sella, Oliva Nova and the large shopping center La Marina are in the immediate vicinity (each about 10 minutes by car). The house is situated 8 km from the centre of the county town of Dénia and belongs to the municipality of Els Poblets. You can reach Dénia either by bus or by car within a few minutes.
Els Poblets is a small town with a unique flair and the place offers old churches, restaurants, bars, cafés, numerous shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies, tourist information, weekly market and medical
care.
In the surrounding countryside oranges, olives, almonds and wine are cultivated. There are many excursion possibilities, for example
Montgo National Park - with beautiful hiking trails.
