Description

This charming villa is split into 4 apartments. The top one is occupied by the owners with a completely separate entrance. The other 3 levels are for guests only. One each level there is a double bedroom and a sofa bed or murphy bed in the adjoining living room. So there is a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms but 10 sleeping places.
Terraced gardens with amazing views and private pool where guests can chill out, play boules, table tennis, badminton or relax in a quieter corner of the Mediterranean garden. Tree house and slide for little ones.
Located on the hills overlooking Nice, close to town in a calm residential area.
The pool is heated from mid-April to mid-October but may vary due to meteorological conditions at the time.
