Due to its location on a hill, both floors are accessible via the ground floor.
The holiday apartment has a spacious living room with access to the balcony, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining table, 5 bedrooms, all with double beds and sinks, and 3 bathrooms (one of which has a sauna). There is also a washing machine and dryer and a kitchenette. You share the large garden with the apartment on the 1st floor.
Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourist region and offers a small family ski area with 6 kilometers of slopes as well as restaurants, shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool (Aquarena water and wellness oasis). The well-known Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes is approx. 25 km away and in summer the Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun!
Directly in Kötschach-Mauthen and the surrounding area there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
