The house is a typical home of the Ente Maremma built at the beginning of the 20th century. Located on a panoramic hill, it is surrounded by a garden and an olive grove and some fruit trees on a land of about 2 hectares. A small annex and its extension of contemporary design complete the property. The renovation and the new extension have equipped the house with all the comforts respecting the original architectural features.
