There is a $5000 fully refundable damage deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 30 days before Arrival Date: No refund.
30 days or more before Arrival Date: Full refund if we secure another reservation for the same dates. If not, the rental payment is non-refundable, but the damage deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation by Dream Wedding Villas: Full refund for any reason.
Pandemic-related travel restrictions: 75% refund if canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, provided the property is inaccessible during the booked dates due to travel restrictions.
Unsecured new booking: If a new booking is not secured, the payment schedule remains as stated in the contract. Both the initial payment and the balance are due on the specified dates. Failure to follow the payment schedule will result in cancellation without a refund.
Partial rebooking: If another booking is secured for part of the originally booked dates, a refund will be issued for the rebooked portion.
Event package: Included in this cancellation policy. If another pandemic disrupts travel, making the estate inaccessible, a 75% refund will be given. Postponement under these circumstances is allowed without additional fees. No military exceptions apply.
Event package cancellation: No refund unless another event booking is secured. The event package follows the same cancellation terms as above.
