Marvellous modern luxury villa with large heated private swimming pool (€20 per night, on request and paid on-site). The infinity pool is 12 x 6 m and is heated from early April to late October. The villa enjoys a very quiet location in a cul-de-sac, on a private, enclosed property of 3,000 m2 with an automatic access gate. This villa is situated just 4 kilometres from the historical centre of Nîmes. A fascinating city, famous for its unique monuments dating back to Roman times with its arenas and amphitheatre. Visit squares with cafés and excellent restaurants, not to mention the market where local and fresh produce is sold straight from the fields. The beautiful Uzès golf course is just 20 kilometres away. Situated on the lawn and surrounded by a bankirai wood terrace, the swimming pool features fine pool entrance steps and a water platform on which to relax. The eight loungers are at your disposal and there is also a lounge set and a dining set for all your finest moments 'al fresco'. Its setup in the corner allows you to enjoy the view of the swimming pool from every space and provides complete privacy. All the windows are full-length sliding windows which bathe the indoor spaces in sunlight. They are equipped with fully automated roll-down shutters. The open-plan kitchen with a free-standing cooker is fully equipped and fitted with white marble and a stainless steel countertop. The dining room opens up into the salon; everywhere you look, you can enjoy the comfortable and tasteful interior. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with excellent beds, en-suite bathrooms and a sliding door opening out to a patio. In the activity room, you can play darts or enjoy a game of foosball.
