Sitting on almost 200 acres of private land, the cottage provides seclusion and privacy with easy access to the multitude of activities that Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs offers. Nearby is the Adventure Out West Ziplines: where all Waltons Mountain guests receive a 50% discount.
This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is within walking distance to the famous downtown Manitou Springs area where shopping and dining are a must. The cottage's unique location also allows direct access to many hiking trails. The Manitou Incline is a 20 minute walk, so leave the car at the cottage and avoid those trailhead parking fees.
