Welcome to the beautiful Sävsjövik area near Svaneholm, Kinna, Viskafors and Borås. Here you live only 250 meters from the cozy Sävsjön, where you can easily take both morning and evening dips. Sit and enjoy the tranquility down by the beach and let the children play. If you have your own canoe, there are many nice lakes nearby where you can paddle to discover the beautiful nature and calm environment. The cottage is located in a small cottage area with a partially hilly garden and with the forest just behind the knot. Smaller veranda under roof and terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The entrance leads to an open floor plan between the kitchen, hall and living room. There is a separate bedroom on the lower level with a single bed that is 120cm. The living room gives a spacious feeling as it is open up to the ridge. Here is a warming wood stove to enjoy in front of the evening when the dew comes. In the livingroom there is a sofabed for two 140cm. From the living room you can look up to the sleeping loft and here is a double bed 160cm. There is plenty of floor space but the ceiling is low. The children love to lie and cuddle here when the parents sit on the ground floor. The loft is accessed via a narrower ladder from the kitchen. Next to the living room is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Below the cottage is the railway which is served by single trains during the day and they also run at low speed past the cottage area. Above the hill just a few minutes walk away is a lovely sandy beach for nice bathing days. It is also possible to fish today's catch - a fishing license is required. Come and enjoy the very beautiful nature with several nice hiking trails in lush magic forest. Here you can both walk, cycle, pick seasonal berries and mushrooms. Or pay a visit to Borås where there is a zoo, water park and many other activities. A warm welcome to the forest with the lake and nature as neighbors!
