This studio cottage is on a hill behind our home. It was remodeled when we bought the property and is cozy and peaceful place to stay if you are visiting Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. It has a modern kitchen with a granite countertop, an oversized walk in shower, and a nice deck. It is 5 min walking from downtown and a 15 min walk to the Incline, Cog Railway, and many hiking trails.
