When you visit this home, you’ll have ocean views, breezy balconies, rooftop deck, access to the community pools and pavilion, and a memory maker vacation on St. Simons. The first floor offers three guest rooms with two twins and two queens. The master bedroom is on the third floor with a king bed, wet bar, and stunning views.

Kayak the nearby marshes, or enjoy a picnic at Neptune Park. There are several dining and shopping options just a short drive or bike ride away. The St. Simons Lighthouse museum is always popular, or take in one of the art galleries. If golf is your passion, there is no shortage of courses to choose from.

The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.
Parking notes: Two parking passes will be waiting inside the unit. Keep them displayed at all times. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked in the overflow lot, located at the grassy area along the East side of Wood Avenue and the grassy area along the north side of Clover Marsh Lane. Parking in the public overflow lot is not managed and is on a first come/first serve basis. Please do not park in spaces not assigned to your unit as neighbors are sensitive to this.
3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD40 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
