Our cleaners are wearing gloves, masks, using EPA approved cleaning products for all type of surfaces, ventilating rooms and spaces. Roelens Vacations has encouraged the cleaning crews to apply the rules of social distancing, washing hands regularly for 20 seconds at least and are checking off a checklist with each cleaning.

Bright, cozy and calm, this beautiful vacation home located in a quiet residential neighborhood offers our guests a relaxed getaway. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a heated pool, this charming escape is perfect for any family looking to experience all the wonders of beautiful Cape Coral, Florida.



The fully equipped kitchen will offer you a more budget-friendly cooking option while you prepare your meals. The kitchen's open floor plan looks right out into the spacious Livingroom that connects with large glass sliders out to the pool. You also have the option of grilling poolside on a gas grill and enjoy your meals around the pool, with the gorgeous Florida breeze.



The 3-bedroom house can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Master offers a queen-size bed, TV and en-suite with a nice size shower, and glass sliding doors leading directly out to the screened in lanai. The first guest bedroom is a queen size bed and the 2nd guest bedroom has two double beds.



WiFi and cable are available throughout the home offering you additional entertainment when you connect your device to stream a sitcom, listen to music or catch up on some emails.

This home has an enjoyable screened in pool area, perfect for lounging the day away soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine. You can spend your mornings indulging in your favorite cup of coffee pool side and watching the beautiful local birds enjoy their morning as well. Your evenings relaxing and watching mother nature paint our Florida skies the most magnificent hues of red and orange.

Please note: Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $125 per reservation. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Post-departure paid utility use may be offered at booking and will be billed at .185 kW for actual daily usage plus 11% tax and will be charged to a credit card on file. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
