Villa Caretta is an idyllic luxury villa with dazzling sea views, providing a chic, elegant and spacious private residence on the exclusive Kaş Peninsula. The modern design and décor are fabulous in their own right, but even they cannot compete with the breathtaking views. The light on the sea and mountains during the day can be stunning, but at sunset the vista is spectacular. The views from the various terraces and balconies lead across the sea to the islands and sheltered bay.
The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The large open plan living area on the ground floor comprises comfortable seating areas with fabulous sea views, a fully fitted kitchen and dining area, leading out to the large private pool and sun terrace. The living area also leads to a quiet Study Room with a roundel seating area and a downstairs bathroom. A double sofa bed allows this to easily be used as an extra fifth bedroom.
There is one double bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, including a large circular Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower, and one double and one twin room with a common bathroom upstairs. One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private kitchen, with a separate entrance from the pool terrace downstairs, and a second Cinema/living room offers plenty of space to chill-out and keep all ages entertained.
A welcome pack can be provided and our representative Cuneyt, will meet you the day after arrival to provide useful information about your stay and answer any questions. Irfan, the gardener and pool attendant, visits the villa daily and can provide fresh bread.
Excellent, easy access to the villa with private car parking for two cars.
From the charming walled courtyard garden, a road and steps lead to the swimming platform only five minutes walk away. The attractive historic town of Kas with it’s pretty harbour is only seven minutes drive away. Frequent Dolmus buses also provide cheap and easy access every 30 minutes, or taxis are readily available. Alternatively, a morning or evening walk into Kas is very pleasant.
Further afield, car hire is recommended for exploration of the area.
Dalaman airport is 160km (2 hours approx) from Kas and is the closest airport, Antalya airport is 195Km (3 hours approx) away. Airport transfers and car hire can all be arranged very easily.
