Conveniently located, it is approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Kalkan. Being one of a group of three near identical villas, it can be rented in tandem with the others to accommodate groups of up to 30 guests.

The villa is entered on the lower ground floor which includes two of the villas 5 bedrooms. One is a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi bath, dressing room and en-suite shower room.The other is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room . These two bedrooms share a shady communal sunken garden / terrace. (n.b. there are no sea views from this floor). On the same floor there is an utility room and a garage/games room including a pool table and table tennis.
The main ground floor is open plan, with a fitted kitchen equipped to self cater, dining area for up to 10 guests and living space complete with a L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV. Large, glass sliding doors open out onto the pool and terrace space. The second twin bedroom is also located on this floor, and has an en-suite shower room. There is also an additional communal w.c. located on this floor.
Two further double bedrooms are located on the first floor. They each have an en-suite shower room and furnished balconies with sea views.
The villa's terrace is well furnished and provides plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy the sun and views. There are 10 sun loungers and 3 sun parasols, as well as a dining table under a pergola and two large rattan seating areas and a charcoal BBQ. You will also find the swimming pool here which is accessible by ladder. The pool dimensions are 9 metres x 4 metres x 1.8 metres deep, and has an additional raised pool with a hydro-massage system for guests to enjoy.
