HOUSE LAYOUT
You enter the house through an imposing antique door that leads to a foyer. At the middle of the main house and with wide window doors looking at the garden and the pool, the sitting room is a charming meeting point with a fireplace and huge comfortable sofas. A smaller sitting room has a large screen Smart TV with all the streaming services and cable, and with a small library.
The kitchen is large and has a 5-ring hob and oven, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and wall mounted TV.
Accessed from the hall or the patio, the indoor heated pool is 13 metres in length with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and large shower.
There are four suites in the main house. The master bedroom with a king sized four poster bed, has a lovely bathroom that overlooks the quiet terraced garden. It has a large dressing room.
The second suite has a king-sized double bed in front of the pool and a vaulted shower in the Moorish style. The third suite has twin beds and a charming terrace with sofas and chairs and is surrounded by nature, a refreshing little heaven in summer. The fourth suite has a queen-sized double bed and occupies the east wing with a small balcony.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The outdoor blends into indoor spaces in the typical Spanish fashion. The large pool area has a beautifully furnished terrace with a wonderful old farm table for lengthy “sobremesas”, the very Spanish art of having tapas and chat all day well into the night.
There is also a bar, and a wonderful ‘mirador’ with gorgeous and a bit decadent Moorish furniture that looks out over hills to Africa. A favourite for magnificent sunset and pre-dinner drinks. All is beautifully lit with candles and strings of fairy lights.
