Welcome to the charming villa in Croatia.
The villa is a Dalmatian stone house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet part of Supetar on Brac Island. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. This charming villa can accommodate up to 9 people. Furthermore, it’s possible to rent two additional apartments, located next to the villa with a separate entrances for larger groups. Each apartment is 38 sq meters big, and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The Space:
On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area (38 sq meters), a double bedroom (10,5 sq meters) and a bathroom (4,30 sq meters) with a tub. The bedroom is with a double bed size 160 x 200 cm. From the sitting room area you can exit to the covered (40 sq meters) and uncovered (30 sq meters) garden terrace nearby the private outdoor pool and garden. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, 4 sun chairs, and an outdoor fireplace with a BBQ.
The first floor comprises of four bedrooms, with two en suite bathrooms, and an additional bathroom with a shower. One bedroom (15 sq meters) is with a double bed size 190 x 190 cm, en suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony, 4,5 sq meters big. The second bedroom (16 sq meters) is with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, en suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony, 4,5 sq meters big. The third bedroom (5,4 sq meters) is with a single bed size 90 x 190 cm. The last bedroom (10,5 sq meters) is with a bed size 140 x 190 cm (our recommendation is to use it for one adult, or two children).

The apartment kitchen includes stove (2 gas burners / 2 electric plates), hood, mini refrigerator, oven, filter coffee machine and microwave oven.
The second apartment has a kitchen/ sitting room area (19 sq meters), a double bedroom (12 sq meters) with a bed 160 x 200 cm, a bathroom (4 sq meters) with shower unit and a balcony. It is equipped with an air conditioning unit. There is also a parking spot. The apartment kitchen includes stove (2 gas burners / 2 electric plates), hood, mini refrigerator with freezer, oven, filter coffee machine and microwave oven.
The villa has been fully air conditioned. 6 units in total are in the villa. All 5 bedrooms and the sitting room area have been equipped with a unit each.
